We always give our clients various options, some of which are free. The initial consultation is free because we understand you need to get to know us and to get an idea if we can help you. After all, you shouldn't pay to hear us say "...I don't know." You can also use this initial consultation to get a "second opinion" if you are currently dealing with another technician.
