We help our clients by providing complete and accurate answers to technology questions. We understand that many consultants or computer service companies need to sell their products and services to survive. It is a competitive market after all. Unfortunately, some of these companies provide answers that seem to benefit them more than their clients. We have several clients who have been sold services and equipment that is much more than what they really need. Sometimes these companies actually believe their clients need these products.

Our purpose is to "fix" these types of misunderstandings by providing and explaining what their other options are regardless of what's best for us so our clients understand what they need and why. We feel this is the only way to run an honest business. We may not be the right choice for everyone and we understand that. We are not the "quick fix" type of company. We believe in offering a fix plus educating our clients in an attempt to prevent the issue from happening again. We feel every technician should do the same.
